Who looks after your information
Fanora is operated by TaggIQ Limited, the data controller for this website’s enquiries. Our address is 2 Tandys Drive, Adamstown, Dublin, K78 N9C1, Ireland. Privacy questions can be sent tofanora@taggiq.com.
This site explains the Fanora service. You can browse without creating an account. We do not use advertising analytics or build visitor profiles.
When you enquire
The website form collects your name, email address, social profile and any optional message you choose to provide. If you enquire about a product, its reference and the colour you explored are included. We use these details to respond and discuss your store.
We process enquiries to take steps at your request before entering into a service agreement. For general business correspondence and website security, we rely on our legitimate interests in responding to people who contact us and keeping the website working safely. The required form fields help us contact you and understand your channel; your message is optional.
Enquiries are sent through Google Apps Script and stored in a private Google Sheet for our team. They are not published or used to sign you up for marketing. Avoid sending sensitive information in your message.
When you email us
Email links open your own email application. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. If you contact us, we receive the information you include and use it to respond to your enquiry and discuss the service. Avoid sending sensitive information or private artwork in an initial enquiry.
Images and hosting
Product images are loaded from Printful’s media servers. Your browser may send the image server your IP address and basic request information when it loads an image. For the public website, we have selected Amazon Web Services (AWS), using S3 storage and CloudFront delivery. AWS may process your IP address and basic request information to deliver and secure the site. Enquiry details are stored separately with Google.
Creator stores
This website introduces our service and accepts enquiries; it does not take orders or payments. For creator stores, we use Shopify as the store platform and Printful for production and fulfilment. Each store will explain how customer and order information is handled in its own privacy notice before it launches. Submitting this enquiry form does not create a Shopify account or place a Printful order.
Cookies and storage
If you have visited another taggiq.com website, your browser may send cookies set for that parent domain to Fanora, including analytics, attribution or payment-service identifiers. Fanora does not read these cookies or use another site’s consent choice, and our hosting setup excludes cookies from origin requests and cookie logging.
This application does not set tracking cookies or use browser storage for a customer profile. Catalogue filters can appear in the page URL so you can share a selection of results. Your email application and external sites have their own privacy practices.
How long we keep enquiries
We delete inactive enquiry records from our response Sheet and enquiry correspondence after 12 months without further contact. If you become a customer, we keep the records needed to provide your service. Records needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute may be kept longer for that purpose. Our providers may retain backup or security records under their own retention arrangements.
Our service providers
AWS delivers the website, Google processes and stores enquiries, and Printful supplies catalogue images. These providers may process information outside Ireland or the European Economic Area. Their privacy information explains their processing locations and international transfer safeguards:AWS,Google andPrintful. Shopify’s privacy information is available atShopify.
